Look of the day: Mix and Match
I never knew Vintage chic could be this easy! Check out the laidback feel drawn from the peasant skirt. The Ballet flats just keep it “down to earth” and set apart from your normal business causual.
Do:
-Pair and embroidered shirt, or any shirt with texture, with an floral print skirt for a magpie-chic look.
-Play with colors. Just because the sample is shown wearing earth tones, doesn’t mean you couldn’t do the same with a bright blouse and skirt.
-Layer on a scarf and hat to keep warm.
-Wear flats. Ballet flats, flat boots, anything flat.
-Throw in some jewelry. A cuff, ribbon choker, layered necklaces would all pair well with this look.

I love this look! Except for the creeper in the background…
Vintage is so my style. Cute, laid-back, and free-spirited. I love skirts and flats. Even though I’m short, I never wear high heels.

Cute! Not crazy about the red eyeshadow..;) Flats are pretty much all I wear! I’m 5″8 and don’t like towering over people, it seems to make them uncomfortable! I find myself slouching when I’m talking to someone whos shorter than me-by shorter, I mean 4″11!!!!!An adult too, which makes it really hard!

I love this! So cute yet so wearable and seeming effortless. It’s not one of those looks where you wonder how they manage to do anything in them.

Love this look! So cute! I adore flats but I’ve had trouble finding ones I like this year. Normally target has cute and comfy ones but I haven’t found any this year…

Love the outfit!
The red eyeshadow? Uh…maybe that’s what the creeper in the background is staring at. Ick.

I think we all agree- the red eyeshadow must go.

I love the outfit! But…I don’t know where she got that eyeshadow idea. Eew.
To continue on the rabbit trail of that guy in the background, though, she seems to be posing as if she knows he’s looking at her, and wants it that way.

To all concerned about the creeper-
This is a photoshoot, if you’ve ever been part of something of this nature you will find EVERYONE curious about what is going on, checking out the situation- more curious than creepy.
This guy, I’m sure, it just a normal onlooker.

I didn’t think he was a creeper–but I still think she could stand in a less flirtatious manner.
